The children in 1st&2nd class recently had an introduction to Yoga for free as part of our well-being framework. We are gradually introducing new mindful practices into our school lives. Pupil voice is an important aspect of our well-being plan so we asked the children to rate the experience in terms of overall enjoyment on a scale of 1- 5.
1= Didn’t like it at all
2= It was okay
3= Liked it
4= Really liked it
5= Absolutely LOVED it
We can all very clearly see how much they enjoyed the experience and hope to follow up with more of the same in the near future.
