What a fantastic day at St. Joseph’s annual cross country event.
Four teams travelled from Tullyallen N.S and did themselves and their school proud with tremendous performances.
Our fifth class girls and fifth class boys both secured silver team medals. Our sixth class boys did some brilliant running but were just pipped at the post for securing a medal.
The race of the day had to go to our sixth class girls who ran incredibly and encapsulated that true team spirit. It was a truly wonderful race to watch and they were earned themselves a very well deserved team gold medal.
A special mention and congratulations goes to Ella and Caoimhe, who not only secured team medals but also took home an individual medal each.
